Terms and Conditions

1. The winner must be a Canadian resident of 18 years and older.
2. Travel must be completed by November 30, 2009, last return date.
3. The following black-out dates apply: Christmas and New Years’ period, Spring break period (February 15 to March 15) and Easter weekend, construction holidays in Quebec, local holidays at destination.
4. The prize is based on selected travel periods and is subject to availability at time of booking;
5. Booking must be made at least (30) days prior to departure.
6. In the eventuality that the winner resides in a city that requires transportation to ourdeparture cities, the costs associated to the transportation are the winner’s entire responsibility.
7. Terms and conditions of Transat Holidays’ current brochure are applicable.
8. The winner must respect the validity period of the prize and shall accept any alternatives presented by Air Transat if need be.
9. No extensions will be permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for cash.
10. Travel documents are the responsibility of the winner and must be obtained prior to departure. Air Transat strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
11. Taxes including destination and airport taxes as well as fuel surcharge are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the prize winner. They must be paid at time of booking.
12. The winner and accompanying traveler must have the same departure and return dates on the flight tickets.
13. Air Transat reserves the right to offer a comparable product in the event of a program cancellation, Act of God or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. All personal expenses are the responsibility of the travelers.
15. All travel documentation that may be required (visa, passports, etc.) are the winner’s responsibility and must be obtained prior to departure.
