The Tourist Office of Spain, located at 2 Bloor Street West, Suite 3402, Toronto, Ontario, would like to give you the opportunity to win a fantastic trip for two adults to Spain through our contest “WIN A TRIP TO GREEN SPAIN”, in collaboration with Air France and Green Spain (association of regions of Northern Spain).

CONTEST RULES

ENTRIES AND DRAW

• Draw open only to Canadian Residents 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• All entries are subject to the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy.
• Limited to one entry per person.
• No responsibility is assumed by The Tourist Office of Spain for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or any computer, online or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries.
• All entries become the property of The Tourist Office of Spain and none will be returned.
• Contest closes the 01 October 2008 at 12 am Eastern Standard time.
• Prize Drawing: One (1) entry will be selected in Toronto, Ontario, in a random draw to be held on the 3rd of October 2008 from among all eligible entries received.

WINNER AND GUEST

• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email and must agree to accept the prize as set forth below, and will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility/Compliance with the rules which must be returned, properly executed, within 14 days of notification or entrant will be disqualified. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted for any reason, or is unwilling or unable to comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and another entry will be selected. Upon receipt of properly executed Declaration and Release forms and verification of full compliance with these rules, the entrant will be declared the Winner. The Winner and its guest grant Sponsor permission to use their names, photograph or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  
• Winner agrees that The Tourist Office of Spain assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance or use of Prize, including any travel related thereto.
• Staff from The Tourist Office of Spain and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) are not eligible.
  
  

PRIZE

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash will be available as an alternative to the prize offered.
• Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability for any reason.
  
  
• Dates and services of the prize are scheduled as follows:
  
  
  • Flights included in the prize will depart form Toronto to Green Spain. These flights are courtesy of Air France.
  • The winner will be responsible for all personal expenditures associated with travelling to and from the airport.
  • Flights are in economy class.
  • Dates of travelling will have to be scheduled with return before the 19th of June 2009.
  • Airport taxes are not included on the prize, and will have to be paid by the winner to Air France the moment the tickets are issued .
  • Hotel accommodation throughout the itinerary will be based on Standard Double Room, with daily breakfast included. Courtesy of Green Spain
  • Car rental courtesy of Green Spain. This car rental does not include gas, parking or road tolls, all these expenses being sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Land transportation other than the one specified above is not included in the prize and will be solely responsibility of the winner.
  • Guided tours accompanied by a local English speaking guide.


• All expenses other than those specifically referred to above are the responsibility of the Winner.The Tourist Office of Spain reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
